Easily my favorite book of the year A Little Too Far was filled with angst, love, lust, hot sex and deeply heartfelt romance. They know each other deepest secrets and have been their for one another through really hard times. YES, that was a good idea, but not for the right reasons.
A Little Too Far Series by Lisa Desrochers
This was one of those rare moments when I actually paid attention first to the summary. Mind you, I still fell for Alessandro too. The x of her character was sweet and slightly insecure, so many of her bold and racy comments sometimes felt like a contradiction. View all 9 comments.
I just wish Hilary had realized that he was probably stalling her career because he realized desgochers potential and that made him feel inferior. Has she ever heard of human potential?
A Little Too Much (A Little Too Far, #2) by Lisa Desrochers
I have everything to desrocherrs. Then, she feels guilty for sleeping with him. Still looking forward to the 3rd book! I even enjoyed the art history stuff, go figure. In fact, without them, I’d say this story would be incomplete. I totally loved this book.
So when things didn’t go my way in this story I was beyond disappointed. I loved Alessandro litle could see he had potential to be an amazing partner in life just by getting to know his character the more time he spent with her. Lexie was a fun heroine. I mean, she says the words, but HE is the one who really means what he says. To ask other readers questions about A Little Too Farplease sign up.
You could feel his guilt and sorrow coming thro I waited lkttle this book with bated breath. Hilary is only doing it for connections.
The heroine was the big problem, for me. Or lack of, I should say. I was glad to hear he was getting his own story.
This story is alright, I guess. Now she is torn in two When I started reading this book, I was hooked – Lexie is back home, avoiding her idiotic ex-boyfriend, preparing for her trip to Italy and talking lias her hot stepbrother Trent. She’s on the rebound. They’re both damaged and broken, but for very different reasons.
I completely and totally loved him and I thought he was perfection. They were one another’s only spark of sunshine in a dark and dreary time. He was so hesitant to make communion, but finally does, almost shamefully. This book is a roller coaster ride of emotions and I am so glad I read it. I hated how tormented she was daily by her feelings. I loved getting his whole story, not just the bits and pieces we got from the first book. Why on earth can step brothers and sisters not fall in love if they are not blood-related?
I am not going deep into this review, since many have said it all before me. He never could get past the things his brother did, how he left tol. I just needed to know you were okay.
A Little Too Much
Amazingly wild and insanely bittersweet ride with addictive storyline and sweeping of feet romance, A Little Too Far is definitely a novel that has to be read. I wonder if Hilary had Alessandro’s child. But sadly the way things unfolded, and I truly believe this is due to the angle of the way things are presented, that this is why this story didn’t really touch me the way I had hoped.
Probably a year or more. And even though Lexie and Trent don’t make an appearance in this book, we still find out how they’re doing, through a letter sent by Lexie. The only thing that saved this story from irritating me was the writing.
WTF hide spoiler ] Get it? So, at this point, I’m bracing myself for at least another pages of angst and sexual tension. I loved him so much in the first book, and I’d been dying to see his happy ending. A Little Too Far 2. And that is really how this story begins. When A Little Too Far, ended, Alessandro was lost, searching to find his way all over again, and I felt such empathy for him and wanted him to find the happiness he deserved.
