A couple of years ago I picked up Heartless, the first book I had ever read by Mary Balogh and went into the lost-in-a book zone. I went to work. Balogh is a wonderful author, she writes believable stories and emotional characters. Ten years later, fate has brought him back home to England as head of the family who rejected him.
