For example, Libby who is the main character in this book is incredibly good at math. If there is something you don’t like about yourself that you want to change, so be it. I liked catching up with the nerd herd from the first book. Finally after my first year at college I came home and had some self exploring. She’s ditched her friends on numerous occasions to spend time with Owen. When Adam explained her parents the situation they took it well and were happy to have Adam help Libby.

Only difference is that I don’t have crazy cat shirts and I’m not good at science or math. It felt so hhe and it was so heart-touching. I did have a hard time liking Libby at first, but once I understood her reasons I totally got it, and it even made me feel for her a lot.
Adams sister Kate was a lot like him. He really was an amazing hero. I always love the characters in Kelly’s books.

Adam is a guy who at 19 years old, is the legal guardian of his little sister. I understand that Libby is in the middle of some ridiculously self destructive behavior because she struggles with how others perceive her and her weight.
