The crime and shame of human trafficking always remains the main theme that the author wished to expose and expunge. The main problem with the book is the number of failed rescues; there were just too many near misses.


It’s the sign of an incredible book that when it finishes, you have that butterflies-in-your-stomach feeling of closure, redemption and beauty.
