I borrowed this book from a friend — I didn’t realize until after I’d started it that it was the middle book of mcfadyyen trilogy. How this man can make me FEEL is something no author has ever been able to do to deagh. Mister Memory Marcus Sedgwick. There are also some horrendously abominable acts of murder that are not for the faint of heart.
Getting more use to first person writing, Smoky Barrett is a very likable and real character to methat Cody has managed to portray with ease. But Smokey is captivating and bright, as well as emotionally vulnerable.
