ANYWAY, with so many male characters interacting at one time, it was hard for me to exactly pinpoint who is this ‘he’ and ‘him’. He was one character that we didn’t get to know a whole lot in Storm, but I immediately felt like I understood him through and through.

I hope this was not the last time we see Becca and Chris because they are so sweet and young and innocent and i love them! She examines pain, grief and isolation, but never in a melodramatic or overwrought fashion. To learn from it and grow. And finally, Jack Chris who is the younger, brooding member of the family.


I will most certainly be moving on with this series! It was just frustrating and sotrm experiment in slow torture for me to read about all the fighting, both verbal and those involving fisticuffs.

Ok, so the boys are hot, I don’t care. This book is non-stop all the way through. While I truly enjoyed Chris in Storm, he was simply too young and his problems too childish for me to relate to. Layne has her own issues because of troubles at home. First and foremost, I have to admit that I thought Gabriel was an extremely well-written character.

Also, I don’t think Becca stopped blushing throughout the entire story. The chain reaction that started over the past couple of weeks with one, then several friends of mine reading this series only got me more excited to want to talk about the books.
