I devote one chapter to each rule, explaining it in depth so that you will understand what I mean and how to incorporate the rule into your life. The point of diminishing taste, or whatever it is: Memorize these rules and live them, and you’ll start to see exactly how easy it is to be naturally thin. And that’s no way to live your life. I eat pretty much whatever I want to eat. I liked the simplicity of the rules and just trying to keep those in mind is enough for me. Vethenny has a personal goal to always leave at least two bites of her food on the plate. It’s not natural to eat like that, and it’s naturaally healthy, either — not physically, not mentally. Not an easy thing for moms to do. Here’s the simple truth: Best of all, when you stop doing all these things to yourself, you will become naturally thin.

I would argue that being Naturally Thin is more a mindset than anything else. May 17, Amy Hillis nxturally it liked it. Open Preview See a Problem? She also stresses sharing aka pushing your own meal onto others or taking part of it home or dumping it, so that you don’t end up eating the whole thing.
I would recommend it. Unless, of course, they are on TV, in which case almost all we talk about is whether they are fat or ugly, bethennny skinny or have bad hair. Only have one or two bites of something for example. I’m not sure if that’s exclusive to the Kindle or if that was in print too but it was kind of silly that someone didn’t read it more closely before publishing. She says that she feankel around a lot all week and keeps busy and that’s how she gets her exercise.

I consider my daily diet my bank account, with calories I have to manage — and I’ll tell you more about that in Chapter 1. And though I can’t promise that I’ll follow every rule to the letter, I definitely identify with the spirit of what Bethenny was trying to convey.

I don’t have the food “noise” she discusses in her book but I have my own kind How they eat can be helpful to you, both as good examples and as not-so-great examples.
Sit down to eat. Some say they just want their jobs back.
I talk about this ad nauseum at Fit Healthy Moms. No matter where you live, you can find and prepare good food. But like Bethenny says, you need to take care of yourself. Lists with This Book. It comforted me to think that no food was off limits no matter how fatty and ridiculous as long bethenhy I can create some sort of balance in my meal.
